Marijuana Should be illegal

I think that marijuana should stay illegal in Honduras because it can affect the economy of Honduras, its hallucinogens properties can produce many accidents and because it can open the way for many other drugs to be legalized. Also if they legalize marijuana people will start using other drugs because they would get bored of using marijuana later on.

Some information that is important to know about marijuana: “Cannabis, also known as marijuana (sometimes spelled "marihuana" among many other names, refers to any number of preparations of the Cannabis plant intended for use as a psychoactive drug or for medicinal purposes. The word marijuana comes from the Mexican Spanish word, marihuana. According to the United Nations, cannabis "is the most widely used illicit substance in the world." The overuse of marijuana as clearly said in the passage is amazing in the World and the problem that is brings is that it is highly addictive.

The tremendous addiction these addicts have toward cannabis can lead to many problems especially within their family and toward economical stability of the family and the country. The economical responsibility leads to the betterment of a country. If a drug like marijuana is legalized many people will start abusing and will therefore affect the whole country.

Some side effects of cannabis:
“Marijuana side effects also wreak havoc on the brain when the drug is used habitually. The natural chemical balance of the brain is disrupted affecting the pleasure centers and regulatory systems. The ability to learn, remember and adapt quickly to changes is impaired by marijuana use. Depression often occurs with marijuana usage, which feeds into the cycle of more drug use to treat the pain created by drug use. This cycle of addiction is very powerful and users soon find that they cannot stop using the drug even if they want to.”

All these side effects can prove that marijuana should be illegal.

Methamphetamine was first discovered and used in Japan 1893. I t is the worst drug there is until now in the world. There are many effects that Methamphetamine produces. There are physical, psychological, withdrawl, and long-term effects. Some of the physical effects are: anorexia, hyperactivity, dilated pupils, flushing, restlessness, dry mouth, headache, tachycardia, bradycardia, tachypnea, hypertension, hypotension, hyperthermia, diaphoresis, diarrhea, constipation, blurred vision, dizziness, twitching, insomnia, numbness, palpitations, arrhythmias, tremors, dry and/or itchy skin, acne, pallor, and with chronic and/or high doses, convulsions, heart attack, stroke, and death. Some of the psychological effects are: euphoria, anxiety, increased libido, alertness, concentration, energy, self-esteem, self-confidence, sociability, irritability, aggression, psychosomatic disorders, psychomotor agitation, grandiosity, hallucinations, excessive feelings of power and invincibility, repetitive and obsessive behaviors, paranoia, and with chronic and/or high doses, amphetamine psychosis can occur. The withdrawl effects are: fatigue, depression and an increased appetite. Symptoms may last for days with occasional use and weeks or months with chronic use, with severity dependent on the length of time and the amount of methamphetamine used. Withdrawal symptoms may also include anxiety, agitation, akathisia, excessive sleeping, vivid or lucid dreams, deep REM sleep and suicidal ideation. And finally the long-term effects are: heart disease, amphetamine psychosis, anxiety and violent behaviors. Methamphetamine also has a very high addiction risk. Methamphetamine also is neurotoxic and is associated with an increased risk of Parkinson's disease. Methamphetamine abuse can cause neurotoxicity, which is believed to be responsible for causing persisting cognitive deficits, such as memory, impaired attention and executive function. Over 20 percent of people addicted to methamphetamine develop a long-lasting psychosis resembling schizophrenia after stopping methamphetamine, which persists for longer than 6 months and is often treatment resistant. Methamphetamine is the most extremely addictive drug that exists. It also has a medical use and has been approved; it is used for ADHD, and exogenous obesity. If you use meth for the first time it may be very possible that you will be n addict for life, meth addicts have los of stain on their face because of their excessive scratching. They feel that something is burning inside of them, after a while they bleed from their face.

TEN EXAMPLES THAT ARE CULTURALLY DIFFERENT (Japan)
1) Hand behind the head: Sign of awkwardness or embarrassment. (Goku
does this quite a bit. :)

2) Pointing to one's own nose: Referring to the self.

3) Waving towards someone, palm down: 'Come here'.

4) Clapping the hands in front of the face (bowing optional): pleading for a favor, asking for forgivness, or thanking for a meal. Sometimes only one hand (the right, I think) is held up instead.

5) Pounding the chest--"Leave it to me."
6) Hand waving back and forth in front of the face: "No, thanks." If you are a tourist in Japan and try to ask for directions from someone, that gesture means that the person you're talking to doesn't speak English.
7) Bending the index finger in a hooking motion: Implies that some sort of underhanded dealing has happened.
8) Raising the pinky: Used to refer to someone's wife/girlfriend/lover.

9) Licking the finger and touching something/someone: Laying claim to someone/something.
10) The Face Fault: The eyes pop, the jaw drops, and the person may also go Super Deformed. (An exaggerated shock/pain reaction.)

TEN EXAMPLES OF BODY LANGUAGE BETWEEN GENDERS
MEN:
1) Watch His Adam's Apple - When you talk to a guy, who is normally confident, and if you see him a little "flustered" in your company, or blushing, with a bobbing adam's apple, it can be a quick give away of his feelings for you. He feels nervous because he's worried about the impression he's making on you, and when a person is nervous his "adam's apple" starts going up and down because of the strain of nervousness. When a guy is not interested in a girl, however beautiful she is, he will not be nervous in her company - he will be at ease with her.

2) The Helpful Attitude - If you find a man trying to be helpful of you, assisting you or giving you more importance, at the office, it's indicative of his interest in you. Men are usually very conservative about offering help, especially in office, and they would do so only if they have an interest in being close to you. He may offer to assist you with your office work, try to help you repair or sort out stuff, get you coffee or water, offer you a ride home or just look out for you at the meetings.

3) Grooming - When
men are in love they try to take better care of their looks. If you see an evident change in the dressing style, or hair style, of a man, after he gets to know you a bit, it could indicate that you are having an impact on him. Most men are not naturally good at dressing up, so if you see a man making a conscious effort to look good, it would directly mean that he's trying to impress a girl - and it could be you.

4) Standing Tall - Guys have an unconscious way of displaying their masculinity by standing tall, with their stomach tucked in, when they are in the company of a woman they are attracted to. It's a man's way of trying to impress a woman with his body, however miserable the attempt might come off. Most guys tend to slouch a lot, so it becomes evident when they suddenly stand erect.

5) Exaggerated Behavior To Catch Your Attention - Some guys tend to behave in a very exaggerated manner around their friends and colleagues when their "love interest" is in the vicinity. Just notice his behavior with other men, when you are around. Does he suddenly start cracking jokes, talking loud or making strong opinions? This is again an unconscious behavior on a man's part and is aimed at impressing the fact that he is the leader of the pack.

WOMEN:
6) The Lip NibbleOh my God! Men love this body language signal. It's origins and the reasons why it works are still a mystery. There is nothing like the Lower Lip Nibble to subconsciously give a man an injection of pure of testosterone. The lower lip is gently gripped by the teeth and with sensual slowness allowed to slip away. Done well and without awareness this can drive a man to his knees - done badly it becomes a parody. Strangely, this is a powerful sex signal between women (lesbians) and is used by the submissive female to indicate interest in the dominant potential partner.
7) The Vagina / Womb Gesture: To the right is a picture of a woman wearing an average pair of jeans and yet the way she has placed her hands is a powerful “turn-on” for some men. The reason is that her hands are creating a frame for her Vagina. Although sometimes mistaken for "male" gesture, her hands are actually "spelling-out" what's on her mind. Her female body language is actually saying: "This is the part of me that I want you to notice. I'm telling you that this area of my body is available for the right man!" It is a confident signal indicating aggressive sexual availability.
8) Self Stroking / Touching: "I'm stroking and touching myself because I'd really like to be stroked and touched by you". Also, by touching herself in this way a woman draws a man's attention to those erogenous zones that she thinks are her best assets and will appeal to him. Thighs, neck and ankles are all favourites. It is fair to say that women are very aware of the way that this subconsciously affects men and will do it deliberately. Where it is subconscious it is a truly reliable indicator of a woman's feelings.
9)Toying or Object Stroking: Psychologists believe that people often transfer inner feelings to external objects. So by stroking the stem of a wine glass (for example) a woman is using female body language to say "stroke me". By running her a pen across her lips she is saying "kiss me". These female body language signals should not be confused with "agitation" gestures that indicate that the woman would rather be somewhere else. The difference is in the speed with which they are performed. Slow and sensual is good - fast and "jerky" is bad. Wine glasses, table ornaments, sun glasses and pens are common objects used for "toying".
10) Knee Pointing: This signal is about interest and focus. By turning the knees and legs towards a man, a woman is using female body language to indicate the person in which she is currently interested - thus creating a personal space triangle. The outer legs also present a barrier to others who may intrude. Translated, this signal means: "You are the person I am focusing on." Legs and knees that point away are a bad sign - particularly if the knees are aiming at a door. In a sense they become a barrier to the nearby person and an invitation to others. The more leg exposed the more sexual the signal.

How dos fear influence "la salvatrucha"?

The influence of fear in the Salvatrucha can be seen in many points. They influence fear I people firstly because of the guns they carry, how the dress, their tattoos, their graffiti in the walls, all their diabolic symbols, and the drugs they consume. Lets start with the guns, mot of the members of la salvatrcha carry a weapon. They always use it on someone who gets in their way so that causes a lot of fear in people when they see that innocent people were killed by the salvatrucha. The next thing that causes fear in people is how they dress up, they dress like all gangsters with the big jeans and the big shirts and maybe short ones so people can see their diabolic tattoos so people fear them and don’t mess with them. The next thing is the graffiti in their walls; I think that means that they are marking territory because when they paint the walls people don’t get near there because they are scared something will happen to them. Most of the graffiti they paint is like the name “SALVATRUCHA” or like sex figures or big guns. I think that their mind is just full of sh**, because that is all they can think about and that is what makes a good member of the gang for them. The last and in my opinion most important and fearful part of all the members of the salvatrucha gang members is their influence in drugs and the people who deal the drugs. Drugs are already part of their daily life they cant live without it. That brings problems to whomever that relates to one of the members. If they have problems with the drug dealer, maybe the dealer will harm their family members or something. In conclusion, The members of the savatrucha cause a lot of fear in people because of all the points I discussed above.
